We developed an Online Grievance Redressal System on a PWA platform for TSEC

The All-India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) has made it mandatory for all its affiliated institutions to put grievance redressal mechanisms in place so that “each institute is able to receive and dispose of grievances online.” Abiding by this law, Engineering college, Thadomal Shahani approached PRODITECH to develop an online platform wherein the students & staff could securely login, fill in their grievance and management in turn could address and solve it. To allow students to access easily through mobile, we went a step ahead and developed a Progressive Web Application. Thereby making the system fast to respond, working smooth on low network and most importantly secure (HTTS). Detailed analytics helped the management to generate monthly status reports to send it to AICTE when required.
